Leucadia Real Estate

Leucadia, California is located at the north end of Encinitas and just south of Carlsbad. The real estate in this part of Encinitas is upscale single-family homes, average older homes along with condos and townhouses.

Much of the homes in Leucadia set on large parcels of land with generous green lawns along peaceful streets. Whatever the housing consists of, the numerous palm trees that line the streets and avenues compliment the home.

Many Leucadia properties have Pacific Ocean views and/or vistas of the surrounding hills, along with waterfront multi-million dollar estates. Although there are many new homes that have been built in this small coastal community, the area maintains a small town feel.

Like all of North County, students attend excellent schools. Here in Leucadia, the students attend in the Encinitas Union Elementary School district and the San Dieguito High School district.
